Rent in case of 2 tenants:
110€ for the first night, 60€ per additional night
for stays of more than two weeks a discount rate of 50€ per night applies
additional tenants, per night each 10€
Included in those prices are all additioanl fees, cleaning, internet access, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels.
An advance payment of 20% of the overall rent will be due via money transfer within 14 days after booking or else the reservation will be void. The rest of the payment is due cash at time of arrival. It may also be payed via money transfer prior to arrival (please take transfer time into account).
Handover ot the apartment on the day of arrival between 3 and 9 p.m. On the day of departure, the apartment has to be cleared before 11 a.m.
A variation of the time may only be possible after prior consultation.
